Hours
Full Time - 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Hybrid working pattern with 2 days a week office attendance and visits as required.

Salary
£50,867 - £54,584 per annum

The HIA Manager will provide clear leadership and professional oversight of the Housing Improvements/Adaptations service, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance. This role leads, supports, and develops the team while ensuring services are compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with organisational priorities.

Experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance
- In-depth knowledge of the Housing Sector
- Proven ability to manage contractors, SLAs, procurement processes, and performance monitoring
- Strong budget management skills including cost control and expenditure reporting
- Understanding of statutory compliance, building safety, and Planning requirements
- Strong construction background

Confident and skilled HIA professional with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. You will be passionate about delivering high quality public services and able to lead a team effectively while driving innovation and best practice.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in housing, surveying, or project management are desirable but not essential if supported by strong experience.
