About the Role
Bromley is the largest London Borough by area and is diverse in character, ranging from urban development in the north to extensive Green Belt areas in the south. We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and experienced planning professional to join our Development Management Service as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping development across the Borough while supporting the delivery of a high-quality planning service.
The successful candidate will assist Senior Planning Managers and lead a team of planning officers, providing effective professional supervision, performance management, and technical guidance to ensure the delivery of a timely and customer-focused service.

Experience
Significant Development Management experience with a proven track record of handling planning applications and management experience.
