About the Role
BaxterStorey is currently looking for our next Hospitality Assistant! We need an organised individual with a passion for great customer service. We are looking for a bubbly person to join our team - someone who is happy to work both independently and as part of our great team on site. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will work closely with the Hospitality Manager to set up and cater for various meetings, including coffees, lunches, and dinners. You will build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their brief and executing every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.

Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality role is desirable but not essential.

About you
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. Supportive team player with the ability to work under pressure. You should take the initiative, provide excellent customer service, and be able to work autonomously or within a team. Adaptability to different working conditions and a positive attitude are essential. You should also be capable of solving any customer service-related problems.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, but a passion for hospitality and customer service is essential.
