At BaxterStorey, we believe that every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant/GA who strives to exceed expectations at every turn. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional catering experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in setting up and breaking down for events, taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving meals and drinks with attention to detail, maintaining a clean dining area, collaborating with kitchen staff, handling client enquiries, processing payments, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is a plus.

About you
You possess excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player with a supportive attitude towards colleagues and have the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications
A food hygiene certificate is preferred, but training can be provided. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is a must.
