As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional catering experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in setting up and breaking down for events, taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving meals and drinks with attention to detail, maintaining a clean dining area, collaborating with kitchen staff, handling client enquiries, processing payments, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable.

About you
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, strong communication abilities, basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, team player with a supportive attitude, physical stamina to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications
Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions, food hygiene certificate preferred (training can be provided), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
