As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential.

You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, contribute ideas for new recipes, and support your team through effective communication and teamwork. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working in a hospitality environment, with fine dining experience essential.
