As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with your team and support for colleagues is essential. You will also assist in menu development by working with the head chef to create and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensuring equipment is in good working order are key responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
