About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Retail Culinary team at a leading global investment bank in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative catering business known for exceptional service and authentic culinary offerings. You will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of dishes, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. This role requires effective communication and teamwork to support colleagues and deliver memorable workplace dining experiences. Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You are passionate about hospitality and food, take pride in your work, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential.
