Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times
- Manage your station, overseeing production of all dishes assigned and maintaining cleanliness and supplies
- Maintain high quality standards for all dishes, focusing on presentation and taste
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed
- Assist in menu development by working with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Passionate about hospitality and food
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not explicitly required
Commitment to ongoing learning and development
