Hours
Monday to Friday, with a mix of home flexibility and workplace visits. Typically around 3 days of travel within your area to visit apprentices, with the remainder of the time working from home.

Salary
From £29,000 plus tax-free bonus

About the Role
Join HIT Training, an award-winning training provider, as a Hospitality Trainer and share your expertise to inspire future hospitality professionals. You will guide apprentices at all levels, helping them develop skills and confidence in the hospitality sector. Support apprentices at our award-winning Hospitality Academy by providing hands-on training in essential techniques and customer service. Personalise learning plans to suit each apprentice’s needs, ensuring they have the tools to thrive. Demonstrate how key skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving apply within the hospitality industry. Build strong relationships with employers and keep them updated on their apprentices’ progress. Manage administrative tasks and plan effectively using Google Suite and other systems. Experience
Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Experience managing one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.

About you
Confident with technology and strong organisational skills. Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with apprentices and employers. Motivated to inspire and support others in their development.

Qualifications
Ideally, a professional qualification in hospitality or a related field. Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths or a willingness to achieve this. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your team area.
