Hours
Monday to Friday, with a mix of home flexibility and workplace visits. Typically, around 3 days per week will involve travel within your area to visit apprentices, with the remaining time working from home.

Salary
From £32,500 plus tax-free bonus

About the Role
Are you an experienced hospitality professional ready for a new challenge? Join HIT Training Ltd, an award-winning training provider, as a Hospitality Trainer and enjoy the rewarding experience of sharing your skills with apprentices while shaping the future of the hospitality industry. You will guide apprentices at all levels, helping them develop their skills and confidence across various hospitality sectors. You will support apprentices at our award-winning Hospitality Academy, providing hands-on training in essential techniques and customer service. Personalising learning plans to suit each apprentice’s needs, you will ensure they have the tools to thrive. You will demonstrate how essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving apply in hospitality. Building strong relationships with employers and keeping them updated on apprentice progress will be key. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks and plan effectively using Google Suite and other systems.

Experience
Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Experience managing one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.

About you
Confident with technology and strong organisational skills. Able to personalise learning and support apprentices effectively. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your team area are essential.

Qualifications
Ideally, a professional qualification in hospitality or a related field. Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths or a willingness to achieve this.
