About the Role
We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all control measures set by the Head of Department are consistently followed, proactively prioritising departmental needs, and effectively managing resources and time. You will be expected to be familiar with housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures, demonstrate personal ownership of tasks to achieve optimal results, assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties when required, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent quality service throughout the hotel.

Experience
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Assistant is required.

About you
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel are essential. You must be able to communicate effectively and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations. A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
