About the Role
Join our South East London and Kent Team at L&Q as a Housing Assistant and contribute to delivering an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for customer-focused team players to support the Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager in ensuring reliable, consistent services. You will provide strong administrative support, respond to enquiries from residents and stakeholders as the first point of contact, and handle a variety of tenancy and estate management issues. Additionally, you will provide cover for Neighbourhood Leads to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and support robust performance against all KPIs and targets. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
