About the Role
As an HR Advisor at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Experience
Proven experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a busy and varied environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is essential.

About you
You are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships at all levels. You are proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively. A passion for people and a commitment to supporting a positive workplace culture is important.

Qualifications
Relevant HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) is desirable but not essential if you have substantial experience in HR advisory work.
