About the Role
Are you ready to embark on an incredible career opportunity with Vita Health Group? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our friendly, established team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with service leads and senior managers to oversee HR operations within assigned areas and lead key HR projects. Your role will include providing guidance to management, analysing HR data, resolving employee relations issues, and suggesting HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will also have overall management responsibility for the HR Senior Advisor and HR Officer. Experience
- Previous HR experience within an HR environment
- Experience of formal HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management and TUPE
- Experience of using HR systems/databases
- Good understanding of employment law and related processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to work with managers at all levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills

Motivated and passionate about HR with a desire to grow and develop your skillset within a supportive team environment. You are confident in managing employee relations and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver HR solutions that support business goals.

Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential
- HR experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous
- Project management experience, particularly in company-wide initiatives such as EDI projects, workforce planning, or wellbeing, is a plus
