Salary
Up to £70,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience, plus an on-target bonus of 15% depending on company performance. The expected salary range reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

About the Role
BBC Studios is a globally renowned media company, creating and distributing some of the world’s most sought-after TV, audio and digital content. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join BBC Studios Scripted, home to many beloved programmes and production labels. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies that promote commerciality, capability and culture, translating strategic priorities into meaningful action. You will help build a high-performing, inclusive and future-focused organisation.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will operate within a collaborative HR community, supporting the talented people behind some of the nation’s most celebrated television. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where productions scale rapidly and teamwork is essential. Experience
- Significant experience leading organisational and cultural change across talent, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with experience partnering senior leaders to develop talent and improve performance.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, using sound judgement to balance business, individual and organisational priorities.
- Experience using data, insight and evidence to shape effective people solutions.
- Confidence working within complex stakeholder environments, including union engagement.

Qualifications
