About the Role
Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking an HSE Officer to join their team at the Spalding site, supporting and driving Health, Safety, and Environmental performance within the Pork and Lamb Unit. This role involves advising and coaching on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters and directly reports to the facility HSE Manager. It is a development and support position focused on maintaining and improving site compliance and safety standards.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role.
About you
Proactive and motivated individual with strong communication and coaching skills. Able to work collaboratively within a team and support continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Qualifications
No degree required for this position, but relevant HSE certifications or training would be advantageous.
