About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled HVAC Engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team for one of our key clients in London. Your role will consist of pre-planned maintenance and reactive works on site as directed by the M&E Manager. Experience of working in a corporate environment is desirable, as is experience with a CAFM system to manage workflows and complete maintenance and reactive tasks. The role can be very varied day to day but as the Mechanical Lead you will be responsible for all works involving the HVAC systems, supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the cooling and heating systems on site to comply with legislation and SFG 20 guidelines
- Supporting the contract management team by escorting contractors on site to ensure safe and compliant working practices
- Carrying out reactive investigations and first fix repairs (where possible) on mechanical equipment
- Scheduling HVAC time and modifying temperatures via BMS to suit occupancy requirements
- Completing all work to the highest standards and ensuring all paperwork is submitted
- Supporting other members of the maintenance team when required to ensure site operations are maintained

Requirements

Experience
Experience working in a corporate environment is advantageous but not essential. Experience and skills within a multiskilled or general fabric maintenance role would be an advantage.

Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times. Clear understanding of customer care and promoting the services we provide as a business.

Qualifications
You should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a plumbing, heating, and ventilation discipline and hold an F-GAS Category 1 qualification. The ability to complete commercial gas work would be an advantage but is not essential. You must have the right to work in the UK.
