About the Role
Set against the backdrop of one of London’s most iconic buildings, Glide at Battersea Power Station is returning later this year. We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate staff to join us from 5th November 2026 until 3rd January 2027. Available roles include Ice Rink Assistants, Ice Marshals, and Ice Rink Supervisors. In all positions, you will engage with guests in a warm and personable manner, ensuring an amazing festive experience through impeccable customer service. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the role.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or event roles is advantageous but not essential.

About you
You must be over 18 years old, eligible to work in the UK, and able to commit to at least 35 hours per week including some weekends. A friendly and approachable manner is essential to deliver excellent guest experiences. For Ice Marshal positions, you must be a competent skater to assist guests with their safety and enjoyment on the ice.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, a positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm are key to succeeding in this role.
