About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ICT infrastructure, ensuring staff have the tools and systems they need to deliver excellent services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in line with organisational policies.
- Assist with onboarding new staff by creating relevant accounts, ensuring they have the right equipment, and delivering basic training.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and support requests using our IT service management system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver ICT projects and drive continuous improvements.

Experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
