About the Role
Are you passionate about turning new technology into real operational impact? ABM is seeking an Innovation Lead to drive the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions across one of our major client accounts in London and throughout the UK. You will collaborate across Operations, Technology, Business Intelligence, and Client Engagement teams to transform ideas into scalable solutions that enhance performance, productivity, client experience, and commercial value. Key responsibilities include shaping and delivering the innovation roadmap by identifying opportunities in AI, automation, IoT, robotics, smart buildings, and digital services; building business cases and presenting recommendations to senior leaders and clients; leading technology pilots from concept through to implementation and rollout. You will drive operational improvement by embedding new technology into daily operations, automating and simplifying manual processes, leading change management and user adoption, and managing technology vendors and partners. Additionally, you will use data in partnership with Business Intelligence teams and Power BI to identify trends, translate data into actionable improvements, and measure adoption, performance, and ROI. Building trusted relationships with ABM and client stakeholders, presenting innovation initiatives and results, and identifying new opportunities to demonstrate measurable business value are also key aspects of this role. Innovation areas may include AI-enabled inspections, smart cleaning, robotics, predictive maintenance, IoT, and more.
Experience
- Leading technology, innovation, or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Implementing operational technology
- Stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience within Facilities Management or Workplace Services

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications and skills include:
- Knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot

- Prosci, PRINCE2, PMP or similar certification
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
