We're looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our Design team and play a leading role in shaping the customer experience across a portfolio of landmark developments. Experience
Significant experience delivering high-quality residential, mixed-use, hospitality or luxury interior design projects from concept through to completion.
About you
Creative, proactive and customer-focused, with a passion for design excellence, sustainability and creating exceptional homes and spaces.
Strong commercial and project management capability, with experience managing budgets, procurement activities, value engineering and multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, building effective relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Confident communicator with strong presentation, organisational and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a positive, high-performing and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Excellent understanding of interior design detailing, specifications, FF&E procurement and construction delivery.
Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Safety requirements, accessibility standards and fire safety principles.
