The Internal Communications Executive will provide an outstanding and consistent multi-channel communications service to colleagues and partners. Working alongside the Internal Communications team, you will create, implement, and evaluate NS&I’s internal communications and engagement strategy. You will lead on devising, commissioning, and developing diverse digital and traditional content to communicate NS&I’s strategy and drive positive engagement. Additionally, you will manage internal channels, NS&I LinkedIn, and the calendar of internal events.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience working in an internal communications function
- Strong and varied experience in video production and digital content creation
- Experience of actively managing senior stakeholders

About you
- Strong writing skills, particularly delivering copy to tight deadlines
- Ability to devise content for social media
- Good presentation design skills and ability to work with an employer brand
- Knowledge of intranet development, build, maintenance, and evaluation
- Ability to plan and stage large-scale events and manage a calendar of smaller in-house events, both online and in person
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with the CEO, wider senior management, and partner companies
- Excellent internal and external supplier management skills, including negotiation and securing best value and service

Qualifications and Technical Knowledge
- Fluency in social media use with expertise in LinkedIn
- Experience using analytics and data platforms
- Expertise in digital design, editing, and production using multiple programmes such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
