About the Role
As an International Policy Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the UK’s parliamentary democracy by enabling Members of Parliament to carry out their responsibilities effectively. You will be part of a collaborative community working alongside colleagues from diverse professions within a unique and historic working environment on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-quality research and analysis on international affairs policy, deliver written and verbal briefings, and organise evidence sessions with a variety of stakeholders. You will work across multiple internationally-focused committees including International Relations and Defence, Northern Ireland Scrutiny, International Agreements, and European Affairs.
Recent and ongoing inquiry topics include the UK’s future relationship with the US, the UK-EU reset, the Chagos Agreement, and Article 2 of the Windsor Framework. You will support committee work closely with senior parliamentary stakeholders and external experts.

Experience
Substantive professional or postgraduate expertise in international affairs policy is required.

Qualifications
A 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification is required.
