About the Role
Forward Institute is seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing system operations, ensuring security and efficiency, and supporting the technology needs of the organisation. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver reliable IT services that support our mission and goals.

Experience
Proven experience in IT systems management, including network administration, system security, and infrastructure maintenance.

About you
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.

Qualifications
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are preferred. A degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
