- Connect with each customer’s unique story and expertly use the welding machine to weld bracelets and charms that feel as special as the moments they represent.
- Offer kindness and reassurance, especially during more emotional or sensitive moments.
- Have a confident presence on the shop floor, sharing your knowledge of our products and welding service with passion and pride, inspiring both customers and your team.

Experience
Previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery is essential, along with a true passion for customer experience.
