About the Role
We are a 23-strong creative agency specialising in telling stories that improve people’s health. Our work spans worldwide disease awareness campaigns for major pharmaceutical companies to small conference stands for biotech start-ups. We craft healthcare stories through branding, video, and digital experiences that excite and inspire, always focused on improving human health.
We are seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within agencies, to join our central London studio. You will have a portfolio showcasing creative thinking, design application, and final outcomes. The role involves working across a variety of projects including branding, campaigns, print, infographics, digital and social media, artworking, and seeing projects through to final production.
You will have the opportunity to learn and evolve your design skills while collaborating closely with our Art Director, Digital Director, Account/Project Directors, and design team. We encourage a flexible approach to projects both big and small, and value good communication and collaboration skills.
This role is primarily office-based with the option to work from home up to two days a week. Please note this is not a work-from-home-only position. Our office is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via steps to the front door and a lift.
We are committed to diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds. If you have a proven portfolio and want to flex your creative muscles in a highly creative and driven team, we'd love to hear from you. Please include the word ‘THOROUGH’ in capitals somewhere in your cover letter (first word is fine!).
Availability is important; candidates with notice periods longer than eight weeks may not be considered. Interviews will be scheduled shortly after CV submission.
