About the Role
Join the HR Systems Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and start your career in HR by working with data, solving problems, and making a real difference. As a Junior HR Analyst, you will build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tools that support HR and the wider business. Your work will help the organisation understand what’s working well, identify areas for improvement, and enhance support for our people.
You will report to the HR Systems & MI Manager and collaborate closely with HR teams including Payroll, Recruitment, and Business Partners. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your data skills in a fast-paced, people-centred environment, contributing to efficient and effective HR services.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in HR or Recruitment with a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Familiarity with HR systems or business intelligence tools.
