About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to work directly within an independent chef/patron who is an incredibly talented mentor. Together with his phenomenal Head Chef, they have over a decade's worth of experience in Michelin Restaurants. They have put their heads together to create a unique Mediterranean restaurant, crafting cutting-edge dishes. The restaurant oozes style and elegance, with every fixture and piece of furniture hand-picked to create a unique dining experience for guests. The operation includes lunch and dinner services with a small, weekly changing menu, averaging 100 covers for lunch and 150+ for dinner.
Experience
A highly motivated, competent and reliable Junior Sous Chef with strong foundations from training within reputable kitchens.
About you
Someone who is happy to work on sections, leading from the front and supporting junior members in the brigade. A keen communicator who can take instructions and works well with other chefs in the kitchen team.
