Hours
Rotating Shift - 6 days on, 2 days off - 8 hours per shift. Shifts include a combination of morning and afternoon starts with earliest start at 04:30 and latest finish at 22:30. Free car parking available for drivers. Please note: To work at the airport, you must have a checkable 5-year history (employment/education/unemployment) and proof of rights to work in the UK. If you have spent more than 6 months outside the UK in the last years, a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is required.

About the Role

As a vital member of our team, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers. You will ensure kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas are clean and sanitised, empty rubbish bins, and assist with proper waste disposal. Additionally, you will help chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients, assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards by keeping equipment in good working order.
