About the Role
Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking a Land Charges Technical Officer to join the Business Support Team within Planning and Environmental Health. You will support the Senior Land Charges Officer in the day-to-day processing of land charge applications. While experience in this area is desirable, it is not essential as a full training programme will be provided. The role requires enthusiasm, proactivity, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to remain calm when dealing with upset or angry customers and to clearly explain complex rules.
