Our mission is to connect talent with meaningful roles that support a low-carbon future. We are currently seeking a Landscape Operative to join our growing team. This is an outdoor, hands-on role suited to individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and have an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities * Operate mowers, strimmers, and other equipment to maintain grass and landscaped areas * Perform general grounds maintenance including weeding, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, bed maintenance, and planting * Carry out hardstanding and kerb maintenance * Follow daily work schedules and report progress via Timegate, including photographic updates * Maintain tools and vehicles, use appropriate PPE, and adhere to Health & Safety procedures * Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or concerns promptly Requirements * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Previous experience in grounds maintenance is an advantage (training can be provided) * Full UK driving licence * Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions accurately
