We’re hiring a Landscape Operative to join the team. This outdoor role requires physical fitness, reliability, and attention to detail. Key Duties: 🟢 Operate mowers, strimmers, and other tools to maintain grass and landscaped areas 🟢 Carry out weeding, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, bed maintenance, and planting 🟢 Complete hardstanding and kerb maintenance 🟢 Follow daily schedules and report progress using Timegate, including photos 🟢 Maintain tools and vehicles, ensure PPE use, and follow Health & Safety procedures 🟢 Communicate with supervisors and report issues promptly

Requirements: 🔵 Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather 🔵 Grounds maintenance experience is a plus (training provided) 🔵 Full UK driving licence 🔵 Good understanding of Health & Safety 🔵 Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
