About the Role
We're Together, a design and technology agency for ambitious B2B tech companies. We shape their brands, then build the websites and products that carry them. We're hiring a Lead Digital Designer to set the direction on web projects and lead the team through from initial conversation to launch. You will typically manage multiple projects simultaneously, working alongside mid or senior designers. You set the visual direction, present it to clients, and maintain it throughout the build process. Projects vary from full websites for new brands to product launches requiring rapid delivery of multiple pages.

You will collaborate closely with strategists and developers from the start, ensuring brand, web, and product are treated as one cohesive experience. Your design work will hold up across all breakpoints and templates, supporting the client's marketing team long after launch.

Key aspects of the role include leading client presentations, handling feedback confidently, reviewing and coaching team members, and managing multiple projects to keep them on track and on time. You will be a true team player, adapting to shifting priorities and supporting where needed to deliver outstanding results.

We embrace AI as part of our workflow to generate imagery and assets, explore creative directions faster, and enhance prototyping. Understanding how sites are built, including responsive behavior and CMS structure, is essential to ensure designs ship effectively.

Experience
6+ years in web design with significant experience leading projects or other designers. Proven portfolio of shipped marketing sites, ideally for complex products that are challenging to explain. Fluency in Figma is required. Experience using AI tools to generate images and assets is a strong plus. Prototyping in code with AI tools is a bonus. B2B tech experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

You know when to simplify layouts and when to create bold, engaging designs tailored to the buyer. You lead confidently in client presentations, manage pushback constructively, and inspire confidence. You are a supportive team leader who reviews work thoroughly, writes clear briefs, and fosters a culture of constructive feedback. You are organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic deadlines, and proactively identify risks.
