About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with children who have special educational needs. This role requires a professional, organised, hardworking, and creative individual who is eager to develop their skills and talent. You will support children with a range of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and social and emotional challenges. The successful candidate will work within an ambitious, successful, and vibrant school environment with excellent staff, children, and surroundings. The position is available as soon as possible and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with significant learning needs.
Experience
Experience working with children who have complex special educational needs, including ASD and social and emotional needs, is essential. A good knowledge of SEN policy and approaches is required.
