About the Role
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Learning Support Lead to join our thriving SEND team at Tendring Technology College. In this key role, you will lead a team of dedicated support staff and work closely with students with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) and/or autism spectrum conditions (ASD). You will deliver high-impact interventions, coach others in effective SEND strategies, and ensure every student gets the support they need to flourish. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership support role in a school that's passionate about inclusive education.

Experience
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. A commitment to supporting students with SEND is crucial.
