About the Role
As a Leasing Transactions Officer, you will make a powerful contribution to people across Westminster by managing end-to-end lease transactions within the Private Sector Leasing portfolio. You will oversee the lease lifecycle activity including commencements, renewals, disposals, and rent reviews. Your role will be varied and dynamic, involving monitoring lease activity and pipeline performance, analysing cost and performance data to inform operational decisions, identifying trends, and supporting effective transaction management. When delivery issues arise, you will take action to resolve, mitigate, or escalate them, ensuring all actions, risks, and decisions are recorded and followed up. Your work will empower residents across Westminster by ensuring safe, secure, and high-quality housing.
Experience
Proven experience in housing, property, or leasing, with a background in supporting or managing lease lifecycle activity. Experience in general property management and working closely with finance teams. Experience developing or implementing contractual frameworks and maintaining accurate lease, property, and contract data.
