About the Role
As a Leasing Transactions Officer, you will make a powerful contribution to residents across Westminster by managing end-to-end lease transactions within the Private Sector Leasing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full lease lifecycle — from commencements and renewals to disposals and rent reviews. Your day-to-day work will be varied and dynamic, involving monitoring lease activity and pipeline performance, analysing cost and performance data to inform operational decisions, identifying trends, and supporting effective transaction management. When delivery issues arise, you will take action to resolve, mitigate, or escalate them, ensuring that all actions, risks, and decisions are recorded and followed up. Your work will empower residents by ensuring access to safe, secure, and high-quality housing. Experience
An established professional with experience in housing, property, or leasing, you will have supported or managed lease lifecycle activities in previous roles. You will bring experience in general property management and have worked closely with finance teams. Experience developing or implementing contractual frameworks and maintaining accurate lease, property, and contract data is essential.
