About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Business to join West London College and deliver high-quality teaching to our learners, providing them with an outstanding experience. You will contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and counselling students.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning, with up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery. This is essential to inspire and engage learners throughout their time at West London College.
The Business Curriculum includes:
- L1 Introductory Diploma in Business
- L2 Extended Certificate in Business
- BTEC L3 Foundation Diploma in Business
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Business
Our learners are at the heart of the college, so a passion for delivering student success and the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.
The role will commence in August 2026.

Experience
Proven experience delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning in Business education. Experience in curriculum development and student recruitment processes is desirable.

Qualifications
