About the Role
Are you an exceptional Science lecturer with a successful track record of delivering excellent teaching and learning? Can you make a positive impact on our learners? Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, recently graded "Good" by OFSTED, is recruiting a Science Lecturer to inspire Year 11 students through engaging teaching. You will deliver and develop the Science programme within the College values, teaching Applied Science up to Level 2 and GCSE Trilogy, and contribute to the wider Key Stage 4 department.

In addition to teaching, you will contribute to curriculum development, and be actively involved in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and counselling of students. You will liaise with multiple teams within the College to ensure an exceptional learner experience.

Experience
Proven track record as an experienced educator delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning. Demonstrable ability to use inspiring teaching methods, produce engaging teaching materials, and maintain up-to-date schemes of work. Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Qualifications
A relevant first degree or professional qualification in Science. A stage 4 teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE). Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
