The purpose of this post is to teach on a variety of travel and aviation courses within the programme area and to support the Curriculum and Quality Team Manager in developing further travel and aviation courses. Our campuses offer state-of-the-art facilities, good public transport links, and free staff parking.

Eligible further education (FE) teachers may claim a targeted retention incentive payment for teaching specific courses. This post qualifies for eligibility. For the 2025 to 2026 academic year, the payment ranges from £2,000 to £6,000 and is paid in one lump sum. To claim, you must be within the first five years of your FE teaching career, having started your first FE teaching role at a post-16 provider in England during or after the 2021 to 2022 academic year.
Experience
Experience teaching travel and aviation courses or related subjects is desirable. A commitment to supporting diverse learners and contributing to curriculum development is essential.

Qualifications
