About the Role
We are hiring a proactive, friendly and organised Lettings Coordinator to manage all weekend community lettings. You will be the key point of contact for customers, responsible for meeting and greeting, and maintaining the security of the buildings. Your duties will include providing excellent customer service throughout the letting process, liaising with internal staff and the facilities team to ensure facilities are prepared and available for bookings, overseeing facility readiness and safety during lettings including setup, checks, takedown and issue resolution, and monitoring facility use to ensure adherence to school rules, safety guidelines and security procedures.

Experience
Experience in a customer-facing role is essential, ideally working with community groups, schools or sports clubs.

Proactive, friendly and organised individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a professional approach in all interactions.

Qualifications
First Aid qualification is desirable or willingness to complete training.
