About the Role
The Premier League’s Partnerships and Licensing team is seeking a Licensing Executive to provide fixed-term maternity cover until November 2027. This role supports the team responsible for relationship management, contractual delivery, and activation across all Premier League Partners and Licensees. Working closely with the Licensing Manager and wider team, the Licensing Executive will manage day-to-day operational requirements of all Licensees, support product plan development and approval, contribute to marketing campaigns, and ensure contractual rights are delivered. This appointment will conclude at the end of the maternity leave period when the team returns to full capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Providing operational and administrative support on all Licensee accounts, working closely with Licensees on product development roadmaps and growth strategies, coordinating approval processes with Clubs to ensure compliance with Premier League and Club guidelines, managing Licensee campaign approvals and delivery including support across Premier League digital platforms, liaising with Clubs and internal departments such as Broadcasting, Digital and Communications, supporting marketing rights delivery including tickets, hospitality, merchandise and events, tracking Licensee royalty reports and analysing sales performance, and providing additional support to ensure all partner and licensee rights are delivered effectively.
Experience
Relevant experience in partner account management with an operational or licensing focus. Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail with a proactive and methodical approach to tasks. A can-do attitude that inspires others through positive energy and passion. A good understanding of football and an appreciation of the Premier League’s structure and context within the industry is desired but not required.
