About the Role
We are seeking a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join the UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at UNIQLO Angel. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. You will be responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to Loss Prevention and safety management as directed by the Loss Prevention Manager, ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Train store employees on Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Detect and apprehend shoplifters according to company protocol
- Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports following company guidelines
- Assist management in investigating employee policy and procedure violations
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes
- Support special projects and events as assigned
- Assist with day-to-day store operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy

Experience
Entry level position with on-the-job training provided. Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
