About the Role
We are seeking a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join the UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at UNIQLO Wimbledon. You will be responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to Loss Prevention and safety management as directed by the Loss Prevention Manager. Your role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets. Key responsibilities include training store employees on loss prevention and safety policies, detecting and capturing shoplifters according to company protocol, preparing incident and investigation reports, assisting management with employee policy investigations, maintaining confidentiality of investigations, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This is a permanent position offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Experience
Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
