£30,455 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 per annum (Regional salary)
About the Role
Join the Special Projects and Sustainability Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as an experienced Maintenance Coordinator. You will provide essential administrative support to the Special Projects and Sustainability teams, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing Damp and Mould cases, coordinating Plentific repairs, overseeing minor works, and handling Surveyor referrals. Reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, you will work alongside other Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios, playing a vital role in delivering our repairs and maintenance service.
The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication, administrative, and numerical skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment, managing a busy workload through effective prioritisation and time management techniques. Collaboration across multiple departments within the L&Q Group is essential to success in this role.
