About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering the North & North East London region. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for pre- and post-inspections and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs. You will consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver projects according to cost, time, and quality standards.
You will undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects, and assess associated risks. Additionally, you will carry out major void inspections, ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, and make recommendations based on survey findings. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.

Experience
Proven experience in building and technical surveying, with a strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes. Experience in conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports is essential.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB
