We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance across our portfolio of workspaces. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple buildings, ensuring exceptional visual, operational, and safety standards.

This role combines practical maintenance expertise with people leadership, involving reactive maintenance, audits, team performance management, and training. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, supporting recruitment and onboarding, monitoring maintenance requests and SLAs through FreshService, conducting building audits, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.

Experience
- Supervising or managing maintenance teams
- General building fabric maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical works
- Using maintenance management systems and technology, preferably FreshService
- Working across multi-site environments (desirable)
