The King's Trust is seeking a Major Projects Lead - People to oversee and drive key people-focused initiatives within the organisation. This leadership role involves managing complex projects that support the development and wellbeing of our staff and stakeholders. You will collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Experience
Proven experience in leading major projects, preferably within people or HR-related functions. Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to motivate and influence others, with a collaborative approach and a passion for people development. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in project management, human resources, or a related field is desirable. Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is an advantage but not essential.
