As a Managing Partner reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will be an integral part of our leadership team with the opportunity to shape the future of the business. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, helping them transform their marketing strategies to drive business growth, fostering key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include developing long-term client partnerships focused on mutual objectives, obsessively retaining clients, and building collaborative, trusting relationships at all levels including C-Suite, Procurement, and Marketing Managers. You will build respectful relationships internally to support empowerment and ownership across functional teams. Leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of Business Directors to deliver exceptional professional and personal development will be key.

You will bring a strong strategic mindset to unlock and optimize growth opportunities for each client, with a passion for the role technology plays in marketing effectiveness. You will be excited by how Content Marketing platforms and Creative Automation can transform clients’ marketing operations. Integrated marketing experience, whether client or agency side, is essential, along with a desire to have a voice at the table with clients, adding value to every brief and delivery.

You will act as a point of escalation for smooth day-to-day delivery, willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary while prioritizing operational solutions to deliver best practice. Accountability for the P&L of your accounts is expected. You will represent ITG to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, promoting the company’s brand and values.

Experience
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, ideally within the marketing or technology industry. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and innovation. Integrated marketing experience (client or agency side) is essential.

Able to manage multiple priorities and act as a point of escalation for operational delivery. Accountable and results-driven with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related fields are desirable but not mandatory. A deep understanding of marketing industry trends, challenges, and opportunities is essential. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
